Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use our website, including people who rely on assistive technology.

1. Our commitment

SecureSI wants securesi.net to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as our guide when we design, build, and update the site. We treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time project.

2. Conformance status

Based on our most recent review, securesi.net is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the standard. When we find a gap, we work to fix it.

3. How we build the site

Our approach includes:

  • Designing pages so links, buttons, and form fields can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator
  • Using headings, landmarks, and lists so screen readers and other assistive technology can move through each page
  • Providing text alternatives for meaningful images and labels for icon-only buttons
  • Choosing text and background colors with readable contrast in mind
  • Giving form fields visible labels and clear error messages
  • Building layouts that adapt to different screen sizes and to text enlarged up to 200 percent

4. Third-party content

Some features on our website are provided by other companies:

  • Content shown on our pages, such as the Google reviews on our home page, the map on our contact page, and the form and spam-protection services that process our contact and guide forms
  • Websites we link to, such as our social media profiles and Google Maps directions

We choose these providers with accessibility in mind, but we do not control how they are built. Linked websites are covered by their owners’ own accessibility policies. If any of this content gets in your way, contact us and we will provide the same information or complete your request another way.

5. Known limitations

  • Third-party content: the services described above may not meet every WCAG 2.2 Level AA requirement
  • Downloadable documents: if we publish documents such as PDFs, some may not be fully accessible to screen readers. We will provide an accessible version on request

6. Feedback and assistance

If you run into a barrier on our website, need information in another format, or have a suggestion, please let us know:

7. How we review this site

We check new pages and significant changes before they go live, using automated accessibility testing tools together with manual keyboard testing, and we fix issues as we find them. We update this statement as the site changes.
